3. Micro-Credit Scheme

By donating money to the micro credit scheme, you will ensure aid that will increase with interest and will help for many future years. Mbonweh is trying to increase its portfolio and expands it continuously through donations and by collecting interest from the women for the loans it grants them. In this way it tries to achieve self-sustainability and cover other costs the association has.

A donation to the micro-credit scheme will allow a woman to have capital to start or continue her business. It will have an impact to tens of people through one woman, who will employ often relatives, put her children to school and rise many people above the poverty line. This is an aid that promotes self-sustainability, woman empowerment and entrepreneurship as the loan always needs to be paid back, with interest.
